Dr. Kevin Young (DNP, APRN, FNP-C) is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader based in West Palm Beach, Florida. He currently serves as the Magnet Program Director at Bethesda Hospital, part of Baptist Health South Florida, where he leads initiatives spanning patient experience, quality, and nursing excellence.

Kevin is also founder of Young Health & Wellness, a telehealth-based direct primary care practice, and has precepted Doctoral students for Grand Canyon University and Barry University. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a Master of Science in Nursing in Health Systems Leadership, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, all from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Kevin's heart for foster care is personal. He was able to join in the celebration of two close friends adopting their foster children, and through his church community, he's seen many families open their homes to fostering. He serves on FosterJoy's board as Secretary to support those parents and the children in their care.

Outside of work, Kevin is a husband and father of two young sons. He serves at his church as a deacon and as a drummer on the worship team, and he loves golfing and playing baseball with his son.
